Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute customer service tasks as instructed by the Manager, focusing on Healthcare and other Employee Benefits (EB) insurance offerings.
  • Responsibilities encompass managing new and renewal processes, which involve designing quotations, collaborating with insurers, negotiating in the market, devising sales solutions, conducting comparisons, and presenting proposals.
  • Offer guidance to clients on benefits and claims, manage client claims by advising on documentation, negotiating with insurers and Third-Party Administrators (TPA), tracking and supporting clients in obtaining missing documents, and liaising with medical facilities as needed.
  • Prepare presentation materials and relevant documentation for client meetings
  • Attend client meetings as required, cultivate and fortify relationships with insurance partners
  • Mentor and provide training to junior team members, manage internal reporting, record revenue, and collect brokerage fees
  • Develop insurance handbooks and claim guidelines for clients, conduct seminars or workshops for clients, manage correspondence, and collaborate with the Manager on client communications.
  • Manage filing, documentation, and other assigned customer service and sales administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
  • Have 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential
  • Candidates should be diligent, meticulous, proactive learners with strong communication and time management abilities

Salary & Benefits:

  • Employees will work in a professional and dynamic environment
  • Working hours from 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.
  • Salary and bonus packages are negotiable.
