Our client seeks a dedicated Sales Director for a full-time, on-site role. The Sales Director will oversee sales operations, lead domestic and international sales teams, cultivate new business opportunities, and uphold exemplary customer service standards. This role is located in the Hanoi Capital Region and entails managing sales activities in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City offices.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, International Business, International Commercial Trade, Business Management/Administration, or related fields.
Preferably graduated from esteemed universities in Vietnam (e.g., FTU, NEU) or renowned institutions abroad (US, UK, EU, Singapore, Australia), though not mandatory.
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Sales Director in the industrial metal materials sector.
Demonstrated proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Service.
Professional fluency in English.
Proven track record in sales operations and team leadership.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Expertise in time management and strategic planning.
Comprehensive understanding of the industrial metal materials market.
Adaptability in handling sales order complexities and addressing customer service concerns.
