Job Description

Position Objectives:

• Oversee and manage all technical operations related to production.
• Address and report technical issues affecting production.
• Drive continuous improvement and minimize product scrap rate.
• Resolve technical challenges to ensure seamless production.
• Schedule technicians for mold maintenance and shifts.
• Conduct training and evaluations for production technical staff.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement preventive measures.
• Lead initiatives for new projects and processes to tackle technical issues.
• Enhance production efficiency and monitor product weight control.

Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives for new projects and processes to tackle technical challenges.
• Optimize engineering processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and execute production plans to achieve targets.
• Recruit, train, manage, and evaluate employees based on production needs.
• Address customer complaints and significant quality issues with practical solutions.
• Identify and resolve production line issues while advocating for 6S and EHS systems.
• Fulfill assigned tasks and promptly report to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with proficiency in spoken and written English.
• More than 5 years of technical experience in injection molding, including at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Familiarity with production staffing, planning, training, and evaluation.
• Proficient in office software applications.
• Knowledgeable about injection molding technology and automation.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.
