JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary

• Drive Process Engineering team.
• Responsible review and approve in Work instruction (eMOI) system.
• Responsible for the product and process development.
• Train production personnel on new product and processes.
• Identify/implement continuous improvement ideas to improve Quality, Productivity, Reduce Downtime, and Reduce Costs.
• Product& Process design development with optimize production process.
• Cooperate with related department to solve production issues.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Good skill on the operation analysis to generate Work instruction.
• PCBA SMT/Assembly knowledge is referred.
• Can use SAP system.
• Identify/implement continuous improvement ideas to improve Quality, Productivity, Reduce Downtime, and Reduce Costs.
• Good at software and computer skill: Autocad 2D/MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Have good training skill.
• Hard working, ability in problem solving (4M, 5 Why, Pareto, PDCA...) & independent working.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Graduated University degree in Mechatronics/Electronic/Electrical, Industrial Engineering; Mechanical Engineering...
• At least 3 years of experience in process engineering in Power Supply factory.
• Can read and understand technical document/technical drawing.
