WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Ensure conformity to the main metrics pre-defined during the basic design development.
• Ensure conformity to the local regulations.
• Management of internal resources (Engineering project team, Procurement, HR, Legal, IT, HSE, R&D, Production).
• Management of external resources (machines suppliers, consultants, main civil contractor, local authorities and partners).
• Provide technical leadership to the project team regarding the design of our systems: Challenge & approve the designs developed by the team and the offers from contractors.
• Manage unforeseen design changes, variation orders.
• Maintain a good relationship with all stakeholders involved in the project.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Strong technical background in an Engineering field: Processing, Mechanical or Electrical & Automation. It is important that you get involved in the project design phase and commit to it.
• Minimum 10 years of experience.
• Proven records of conducting greenfield industrial projects.
• Very good communication skills in both oral and written English is mandatory.
• Fluent in either Vietnamese or Indonesian is very appreciated but not mandatory.
• Capable of reading and reviewing in details standard technical documentation of industrial projects: P&ID, GA Layouts, Control Philosophy, Electrical diagrams etc.
• Capable of developing project management reporting tools: Project schedule, Costs control, Resources availability etc.
