Job Description:

Requirements:

  1. Understand the current situation of the panel industry, with at least 3 years of experience in after-sales customer correspondence or quality in the whole machine industry, and experience in the electronics industry is also acceptable;
  2. Clear logical thinking, good language expression and communication skills;
  3. Be pragmatic, confident, and sincere;
  4. Strong sense of responsibility; Stress resistance.

Language requirements: Korean is essential; Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate customer after-sales business and implement customer quality corresponding strategies;

2. Improve client quality, quickly solve customer problems, meet customer needs, and achieve customer satisfaction;

3. Communicate customer voice (VOC), horizontally promote factory quality improvement, prevent major customer issues, and achieve customer quality goals;

4. Maintain customer relationships, enhance credibility, and ensure smooth business operations for corresponding customers
