Job Description:

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customers account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Carry out sales/ customer service tasks as directed by the Manager/Branch Director in line with service standards.
Creating presentation files and gathering necessary documents for client meetings.
Maintain relationship with existing current clients 
Gathering client data and collaborating with insurers to obtain quotations.
Organizing insurance policies and keeping track of updates with insurers.
Managing correspondence, addressing client inquiries, and coordinating responses with the Manager/Branch Director.
Undertaking other customer service and sales  duties as assignedFemale candidates preferred.
Bachelor's degree or higher educational qualification.
Fluent in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales non- life in Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance, either as a broker or insurer.
Hardworking, attentive, and proactive learner.
Strong communication and time management skillsOpportunity to learn about insurance broking and client management.
Work in a professional and dynamic environment.
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
